Chapter 3- Challenge Awaits
" What are to two of you doing here??" he asked and focused himself back to smoking. Then K' held up a
magazine and threw it over to him.
" You're shot with her," as K' turned to look at her, " What happened?"
He took the magazine over and flipped through the pages when he saw the caption- The Enigma Phantom,
Iori Yagami, is finally not SINGLED!!!! He scanned through the story and could not beilive what he was
reading.
" Cheapskate! What a story! They can sure write stories then!!" and he burnt the magazine into ashes.
She was pertrified when she heard and started to cry again.
" I'm sorry, Yagami-san... It's all my fault..." she wept and cried hard. Kula then forwarded herself
beside her and comforted her.
" I know you love him.. you sacrificed a lot for him.. I can understand.." and she hugged Kula tightly.
Kula patted her back and sat beside her the whole time.
" I presume the two of you came here isn't just to tell me this stupid news, right??" he asked and
stared at K'.
" You're not as stupid as I thought. Indeed, we came here is to ask for your help. A week ago, I sent
a challenge letter to Kyo and demanded for an outcome from him. But then he replied back for a band
challenge. He asked for a music challenge two weeks later and signed off. And now, I hope you can come and
join my band, with her, and challenge Kyo Kusanagi." The he turned to look at Kula who also nodded her
head.
Without hesitation, Iori said, " Sure!! I'll give a chance to anything just to defeat Kyo Kusanagi!!
Muahahahahahaha......." he laughed and grinned madly.
She saw Kula still there and said, " I'm no good in music, I..." Kula placed her hands on her shoulders
and said back to her.
" Sure you can! I know you can!!! " And Kula smiled friendly to her. Kula's smile gave her
confidence. Then she turn to look at him and said, " I'll do my best, Yagami-san!!!" And she smiled at him.
He nodded his head and turned towards K', " Then what will be out band name??"
Both guys thought for a long time and suddenly, both of them gave a look which shown a telepathy
between the two of them.
" You should know what I'm thinking." K' said to him.
" Of course!! Our target is Kusanagi Kyo, right...." he grinned and the two of them instantly
turned "evilish".
Then they both turned towards Kula and her and said, " Our name is... Shodown Kusanagi!!!" and the
two of them laughed wildly. Even K' was acting crazily.
Then someone from afar saw K', Iori and Kula. She was spying them for a long time. Then she spoke into
her mechanism cell phone and said, " Located targets. Project going well without mistakes. Continue to
follow."
