“Diana! Foxy!” Kula shouted as she stepped into the N.E.S.T.S base.
“Diana and Foxy are in their control room, Kula,” a robot told her. Kula ran
into the control room, and to her shock, the room was completely frozen! Foxy
was frozen like a statue, while Diana, Jinn and Hyun lay unconscious on the
floor. “What? An ice-wielder attacked this place? But how could?” Kula
questioned herself. Using a stronger anti-ice, she defrosted the room and Foxy.
“What happened?” Kula asked. “We’ve been attacked by someone who is
going to be worth your challenge. We wanted him as a clone specimen, but he was
too strong. Cut the talk, let’s heal them,” Foxy said, diverting her
attention to Diana, Jinn and Hyun.
With the help of Kula, Foxy transported them into the healing room, where
they were placed in glass tubes with wires on their bodies and liquid
surrounding them. “So, how was your little date
with K’?” Foxy asked sarcastically. “Don’t ever mention his name!
Ever!” Kula shouted as she ran out of the control room and headed to her room.
“K’, K’, K’! Why me? Why does it always have to be me who has to kill
him? Why not Jinn? Or Hyun? And why does he never kill me when he has the
chance?” Kula thought angrily. RIING! Her telephone rang. “Hello?”
“Kula?” “Oh, it’s you! Don’t ever bother calling me again! I’m
hanging up!” Kula shouted when she realised that it was K’.
“W… Wait! I need to meet you. Come to Cerulean Bay, now!”
“Why?” “Please!” “OK, just keep breathing, I’ll be there!” Kula
hung up. “He never begged anyone, so it must be urgent,” Kula thought. She
couldn’t help smiling at the thought of K actually calling her up…

Cerulean
Bay… 8:30 p.m.
K’ leaned by the pier, staring into the deep dark waters of the ocean.
It reflected his personality, dark, cold, and calm. “Hell, that was last time,
before I even met Vanessa and Kula,” he thought. “What’s the big idea of
dragging me here?” K’ heard a voice. He turned, and saw a couple. “I
just… em… wanted to say that I care about you, and that I love you,” the
man said. “That’s so sweet!” the woman said, and both embraced each other,
then walking hand in hand. K’ was practically smiling when he saw this.
“I’m here, now what do you want?” K’ heard Kula’s voice. He turned,
and saw Kula standing at the other end. “I… em…” “What? Come on, stop
wasting my time!” “I don’t care about anyone else, except you,” K’
spat those words out.
“Wha…?” Kula could
hardly believe herself. “That’s it! I’m going home! Don’t bother
searching for me, calling me, or looking for me! I’ve had enough!” Kula
waved her hand as she spun at her heel and began walking away, but she
couldn’t help blushing. “Wait! I mean it!” K’ said, as he grabbed
Kula’s wrist and turned her around. He saw her red face. “See, I knew you
would respond positively!” K’ smiled. Kula gave him a playful punch in his
chest. “Shut up! I demand you to shut up!”
“Ouch! That really hurts!” K’ laughed playfully. Both began
laughing and they walked hand in hand along the dark pier…

A
Week Later, In Tung Sao Street, Southtown…
“Matt, isn’t King kind to give us accommodation and not to mention,
food and drinks?” Michella questioned. “Sure she is. I think she’s pretty
sweet,” Matt smiled. “Hey big
brother. She’s got Ryo!” Michella giggled. “Man, I wasn’t meaning that.
If only I were older and she’s single,” Matt smiled, sticking his tongue out
playfully. “Hey you two! What are you doing in my territory?” A gangster
with a long black cape approached them. “Whoa, cute girl,” he said, trying
to touch Michella’s cheek. “Cut it! That’s my little sister!” Matt
slapped his hand away. “Stupid boy! Don’t you know that I’m the henchman
of Sao Rue? He’ll get you!” the man shouted.
“Oh yeah? Well, tell him, if he got the guts, come challenge me
anytime!” Matt taunted. “But before that, I’d like to challenge you,”
the man snarled. “Ready as you are,” Matt kept his cool. “Sao Rue-style
Kick!” the man started, doing mid-air kicks that landed on Matt. Matt wiped
the blood off his mouth. “How dare you kick me with your dirty feet! Taste my
new power!” Thus saying this, he charged up his powers. “Freeze Storm!”
A swirl of ice, cold wind and mists surrounded Matt, and at the point of
his finger, the storm shot at the man. The man was blown away by the storm.
“Uh, take this!” the man got up and unleashed a long metal stick.
“Electrical Buzz!” The stick flew at Matt with high speed and buzzing with high voltage electricity. No matter how Matt dodged or ran, it followed him. BZZT! Matt got hit. “Blizzard Whip!” A whip hit the man and his arm froze where the whip hit him. “What’s this?” the man looked. “In case you don’t know, we’re ice-wielders. So, before you get the thrashing of your life, get out of here!” Michella shouted. “Sao Rue will get you! He will!” the man got up and ran away. “You hurt, brother?” Michella asked with concern. “I’m OK. Let’s go,” Matt got up and walked with Michella. “Remember, no matter what happens, we’re still siblings!” Matt said…
